You can request to activate a “Cooling-Off” period at WSOPonline.com to temporarily take a break from real money gaming for:
7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 5 months, or a custom period no more than 180 days.
Once you submit a Cooling-Off request:
- Only your WSOP PA account will be suspended for the duration selected.
- WSOPonline.com will take responsible measures to prevent promotional communications.
- Your funds remain available for withdrawal.
- Your account will automatically re-open once the period ends.
🛑 This request cannot be reversed once activated.
To request a Cooling-Off period:
- Log into your WSOPonline.com account
- Click your avatar/profile icon
- Select My Account
- Go to the Responsible Gaming tab
- Click the COOLING-OFF button
- Choose your desired period and click Submit
- Confirm your request via the pop-up screen
