Windows
- Press the "PrintScrn SysRq" key (top right of your keyboard) to capture a screenshot image of your screen.
- Open Microsoft "Paint" or other imaging application as follows: "Start" Menu > "All Programs" > "Accessories" > "Paint".
- Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard (or right click and select "Paste") to paste the screenshot into the "Paint" application.
- "Save" the file to your computer and ensure that the format being saved is either *.JPG or *.JPEG.

Once a screenshot's been taken, send this to us by attaching to our "Contact us" form (see image below).
Apple Mac
If using a Mac, there are several methods of taking a screenshot; below are two of the most common:
- Press the following keys simultaneously: "Command," "Shift" and "4". Use your mouse to draw a rectangle in order to specify what to capture, or press the spacebar and click on an image (e.g. a window) to capture it. Your Mac then saves it as a file on your desktop.
- Press the following keys simultaneously: "Command," "Shift" and "3". Your Mac captures the entire screen and saves it as a file on your desktop.'

iOS
- To take a screenshot with an iOS device, press the "Home" and "Screen Lock" buttons at the same time.
- No matter what screen or app you’re running, you can take a screen capture on an iOS device by simply pressing these two buttons simultaneously.
- You'll hear a camera click sound and the image will then be available in your camera roll. If you’ve enabled instant upload using "Google+" or "iCloud", the image will be uploaded to the cloud like a normal camera photo.

Android
- Capturing a screenshot usually involves pressing two buttons simultaneously on your Android device - either the "Volume Down" and "Power" keys, or the "Home" button and "Power" key.
- When the relevant button combination is pressed, your device’s screen will flash, usually accompanied with a camera shutter sound.
- Sometimes, a pop-up message or notification alert appears, suggesting that the screenshot was taken.
- For other methods specific to your Android device, we suggest that you consult the user manual or alternatively, search the internet by entering your device model and the term "screenshot".
